The show follows interior designer Melanie Rose as she helps couples transform rooms in their homes into sexy spaces reflective of their fantasies and fetishes. Rose creates intimate spaces to help couples live their sexual fantasies.

Rose meets with couples to learn about their preferences and then begins the design process. She might add a rock ‘n’ roll vibe to the space with black wallpaper and a ceiling adorned with stars or create a spa-like feel with soft lighting and a velvet love seat.
